Notice of contract award: On June 10, 2026, the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group voted to designate certain law firms as approved outside counsel for school board leader liability/errors and omissions litigation, for a duration of twelve (12) months. NJSIG does not separately budget for outside counsel services, as these amounts are included in the claims expense budgeted amount of $110,389,900 for the 2026/2027 fiscal year. A copy of the resolution, which includes the full list of law firms designated as outside counsel, as well as the contracts, are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group.

Notice of contract award: On June 10, 2026, the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group voted to award contracts for excess insurance and reinsurance for the 2026/2027 fiscal year in the approximate amount of $45,070,071. A copy of the resolution, which includes the full list of insurance entities that were awarded contracts, is on file and available for public inspection at the office of the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group. Once finalized, copies of the insurance policies will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group.

June 15th, 2026 — RFP Award Notice

Notice of contract award: On June 10, 2026 the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group voted to award a contract for school employee training services for a duration of five years to Scenario Learning LLC dba Vector Solutions. NJSIG has budgeted up to $300,000 for school employee training services for the 2026/2027 fiscal year. Once finalized, a copy of the contract will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group.

May 26th, 2026 — RFP Award Notice

Notice of contract award: On May 6, 2026, the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group (NJSIG) voted to award contracts, each for a duration of three years, with provision for two optional one-year extensions, for sub-fund administration services, to: Conner Strong & Buckelew Companies, LLC (BACCEIC and ERIC South sub-funds); J. Byrne Agency Inc. (CAIP sub-fund); Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, LLC (ERIC North and NJEIF sub-funds); Brown & Brown Metro, LLC (ERIC West sub-fund); and Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. (MOCSSIF sub-fund). NJSIG has budgeted up to $2,149,500 for sub-fund administration services for the 2025/2026 fiscal year. Notice of contract award: On May 6, 2026, the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group (NJSIG) voted to award a contract, for a duration of one year, for actuarial consulting services, to Willis Towers Watson.
