    September 16th, 2026 — RFP Award Notice

    Notice of contract award: On September 16, 2026, the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group voted to designate Comegno Law Group as one of the law firms as approved outside counsel for school board leader liability/errors and omissions litigation, for a duration of twelve (12) months. NJSIG does not separately budget for outside counsel services, as these amounts are included in the total claims expense budgeted amount of $110,389,900 for the 2026/2027 fiscal year. A copy of the resolution is on file and available for public inspection at the office of the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group.     Notice of contract award: On September 16, 2026, the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group voted to award a contract for employment practices counseling hotline professional services, to Cleary, Giacobbe, Alfieri, Jacobs LLC. n, for a duration of twelve (12) months. NJSIG has budgeted $20,000 for the employment practices counseling hotline professional services for the 2026/2027 fiscal year.     Notice of contract award: On September 16, 2026, the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group voted to award a contract for insurance brokerage services to Alliant Insurance Services, for a duration of thirty-six (36) months. NJSIG has budgeted $775,000 for insurance brokerage services for the 2026/2027 fiscal year.     Notice of contract award: On May 6, 2026, the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group (NJSIG) voted to award contracts, each for a duration of three years, with provision for two optional one-year extensions, for sub-fund administration services, to: Conner Strong & Buckelew Companies, LLC (BACCEIC and ERIC South sub-funds); J. Byrne Agency Inc. (CAIP sub-fund); Arthur J.
